I filled my taxes H&R BLOCK at Jane and finch mall MARINA GRIB did a horrible service! she wrote with a pencil in the paper date and amount Canada carbon Rebate,GST, and OTB instead of printing ! When I request the OTB I want one time payment she said that CRA decided when I spoke to CRA about this issue agent was saying that when I filed I can request for one time payment when I’m filing my taxes Her service is unprofessional with clients. H&R BLOCK SHOULD HIRED PROFESSIONALS ! Clients are paying for their services .
Just filed my taxes today with Malar and she was amazing! She made the entire experience so easy and delightful with her extensive knowledge and friendly warmth. I’m definitely coming back next year and cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Malar
