Sandy was the most impolite and unprofessional individual. Embarrassed my friend and her Father. My heart breaks for them, money is owed and there was no friendly assistance or passion by any means. Definitely letting folks know about this Murray location. Watch out for Sandy.

So I’ve had used block for my entire working life 2026 has been a dud though my wife has been to this location and one in taylorsville and they just can’t figure out our taxes as they are not basic w2s. If you’re self employed stay away from block something has really went down hill they wasted three of our days this week saying come back tomorrow and then today calling ten minutes before our appointment and canceling after we had already planned our entire day. Wild stuff from a business that claims to be the best
