Ravi Seetha are great!, she is patient and very professional. I had alot of questions which she answered and she was ready to consult for the more complex questions. I was able to reach her via phone for more follow-up qestions even after the filing was done. She also helped me the next day to complete additional forms.
I went in as a walk-in for a simple W-2 tax return on April 14th. Was told I'd have to wait about 15 minutes since I didn't have an appointment, but that's my fault and I was in no rush. I was seen within 5 minutes or so by German P. The whole filing process went quick, about 10-15 minutes or so. German explained every form that I had to sign electronically as it came up and answered the few clarifying questions I had about some things. Great staff.
