I have had a great experience at this HR Block office for two years in a row. This year I worked with Alla Lonberg, and she got me a great refund. We looked at all potential options that could get me money back, and she left no stone unturned. She patiently answered all my questions too. I had the same CPA for years, and when I finally had to allow him to retire and find someone else, I was really hesitant to go to anyone new. Alla Lonberg is the best tax pro out there. I made the mistake of trying to file online but myself and ended up so frustrated I came back to Alla. She is so calm and understanding, patient and knowledgeable, she knows exactly what she’s doing and how to help you get the most out of your taxes. She took away all my anxieties and frustrations and we actually were able to file my somewha confusing taxes in exactly 1 hour. I’m going back to see her in january 2027!
