If I could give this office less than 1 star, I would. I used H&R Block in the past. For the past 5 years or so, I stopped using them and filed my own taxes online without any issues. This year, however, I attempted to file my local taxes with Berkheimer and I got stuck over and over again, showing that I owed $600+, where, in the past, I paid $1 at the most. The personal are very polite just a little thing that bugs me is when I get calls after calls about coming in to pay and I told the person many times that I will call you before the time and yet I get another call the week after they need to consider the other person I do have other bills to take care of before I pay what I need. Thank you
Suzanne is our number one tax agent, I live all the way in Kunkletown and my husband, and I travel all the way to Whitehall to make sure to get the best experience and best refund possible, we passed many H&R Block offices, but Suzanne‘s office is the one go check her out!

So this was my first time filing taxes on my own and Suzanne was phenomenal! Got me in the same day and was able to explain everything to me and offered to help me with setting up my 401k account once I get all my information. 10/10 recommend asking for Suzanne!!!
