The increasing cost of services is a concern. As a loyal client for over 15 years, I've observed annual price increases. A loyalty program or discount for returning customers would be beneficial. Therefore, I do not plan to return next year.
Payal was very efficient with the tax filing and was well versed with the taxation norms. It was very helpful for us to understand and also suggested on few things to do for next year. Overall, it was a very smooth process.
Hattie Lo needs to work on her listening skills. I explained my issue and demonstrated it in the app about three times until she understood why I was there. It took about 20 minutes after my appointment start time to get started actually helping m I've had people demonstrate better listening skills at fast food restaurants.
Gloria at the Moonlight shopping center in Santa Clara is a delightful person. It's never fun to have your taxes prepared. She was knowledgeable, quick and offered advice for next year. Thank you Gloria
