I have been taking my paperwork and having my taxes done by Payal for quite a few years. Never disappointed. She answers all the questions that I have and goes even a step further to be very personal and ask how family and health are and to see how everything is going. The increasing cost of services is a concern. As a loyal client for over 15 years, I've observed annual price increases. A loyalty program or discount for returning customers would be beneficial. Therefore, I do not plan to return next year.
