Poor customer service. Rude staff with very little attention to detail. Used them one time last year for my taxes and was met with mistakes, confusion, and impatience. As well as the lowest return i’ve ever received? I went to a different business this year and was shocked at how kind, helpful, and thorough they were. Go anywhere but here.
This place is awful. Got told misinformation and when I went in to get my stuff back they were nothing but ignorant. Only one nice lady in that place the rest are miserable people who should not be in costumer service. Do not go to that place
Genuinely one of the worst services I have ever received. I was trying to do my tax return remotely with Rachel Kavanagh and took her over a month to just open my profile after I called reception twice (very rude receptionist too by the way). Since then it’s been over a month and my taxes are still not filed! All I needed was an address changed (because I don’t have a Canadian bank account anymore) and it turned into a very stressful experience. Just had my taxes done, just 1 T4 and 1 dependant. Was done next day and cost was like 99 bucks. Pleasant experience.
