Cons: - We don't have simple taxes necessarily, but it cost my husband and I $500 plus $100 gift card (the reason we didn't just do our taxes ourselves) to get our taxes done - Two weeks after I had paid for our taxes, *after the April 30 deadline,* I received a call telling me I hadn't paid (which I had) and I still had forms to sign, which they didn't tell me when I paid, and as such they still hadn't filed my taxes OR my husband's. Sylvie is the one I go to year after year ! She's professional , detailed and knows her stuff ! I highly recommend booking with her ! I'm not sure about the other staff . But she's great !
