Filed several years if taxes as a first time client. I dont even care that it took them 2 months from mid February to get back to me. Or that they refused to honor the discount for filing before mar30. I called CRA and CRA advised me that they never recieved one of the years I filed. I called this office many times and the CSR dodges calls or hangs uo because my French isnt great and she doesnt speak English. Ive filed a complaint with their general customer service number. Not worth the time. Do it yourself for a lot less.
