I went in and asked for them to assist me with my taxes the lady shruti was very nice I could tell she was fairly new. The lady at the front desk tho was very rude kept interrupting and giving bias advice without looking at my file. Basically resulting in no assistance. She mad a comment that young people get excited when seeing an amount on taxes that they won’t receive. And asked if I saw what my friends got and came in. I could give a 0 I would
Spoke with an employee who requested documents sent in online. Completed them after being told they would complete my return. After no work for a month, I called and asked the issue, a ticket was created and I was told 5 working days was their mandated reply time. 3 weeks later, called again asking why I had no response and was told "management" decided they could not. complete my return and just must have forgotten to notify me. Extremely disappointing, I should have known better than trusting this company.

First, note employees have left positive reviews of their own store here to inflate reviews. Unreal. Second, this is now the second year where Xiaobo Li has disappeared / ignored me / refused to set a follow-up appointment (though he did mention at one point discussing after June 15th which is long gone) after collecting my fee and partially filing my taxes, leaving me to become late, send dozens of follow-up emails and dozens of phone calls to the store.
