Linda Zhou helped me, and she is absolutely fantastic! She not only is efficient, but also gives important tips! I highly recommend her!
I have had Linda Zhou complete my tax preparation for the last two years. It was imediately apparent she was a professional, able to complete any tax situation with ease. She is friendly and immediately made me feel comfortable, taking time to explain anything I didn't understand. That's why I recommended my family and friends have Linda complete their income tax returns.

My experience with H&R Block was very unpleasant. They are not professional at all, and deliver poor service to clients, specifically this location. They booked me an appointment over another appointment, and I had to wait one hour for the tax specialist. When I saw the tax specialist, she said she is unable to assist me with my request. I would never recommend H&R Block to anyone.
