Had a smooth tax filling with Bariqi Setijoso, he walked me through all the steps and made sure i understood every step along the way. His professionalism is top notch and a representation of the H&R branches efficiency.
They didn't notify me that my money was being sent to a third party bank instead of direct deposit into my account like I had asked. After spending all day talking to incompetent employees I finally got an answer and it's that the DC bank that they were partnered with they stopped doing business with in September and once again I was never notified. Been trying to get through to this dc bank for 2 days, nothing. Now I'm out 200$ and they say its out of there hands, it was their mistake but they can't help me rectify it?

Regret doing business with them wanted an expert to file my taxes last year being a new comer to canada but odds are ur going to end up with a seasonal agent barely trained to do their job like i did. Received a letter from CRA tell me there has been some omissions on my return.. when I went to them they said oh the system is down right now. You should just call the CRA! So I had to waste couple of hours with the CRA just to fix their mistake and to get my carbon tax and GST!! Really I do not recommend this place at all
I’ve always done my taxes at the Donald location. That being said I didn’t like the service I received the last time I went there. I decided to go to the Montreal rd location…needless to say Paula went above and beyond! I’ve never said I love a stranger but I definitely do! Thank you!
