I had a really good talk with Bariqi Setijoso today. He answered all the questions I had about my return and pulled up my access code so I could netfile for a past year. Everyone was nice, helpful, polite, and professional. I would definitely come back!
Terrible service there , the lady Diane Audet she's a novice he she makes us feel like she don't want to be here to serving you... Very disappointed , and never go there anymore in my life and I won't recommend that place to someone.......bad and no professional atmosphere at all
Had a smooth tax filling with Bariqi Setijoso, he walked me through all the steps and made sure i understood every step along the way. His professionalism is top notch and a representation of the H&R branches efficiency.
They didn't notify me that my money was being sent to a third party bank instead of direct deposit into my account like I had asked. After spending all day talking to incompetent employees I finally got an answer and it's that the DC bank that they were partnered with they stopped doing business with in September and once again I was never notified. Been trying to get through to this dc bank for 2 days, nothing. Now I'm out 200$ and they say its out of there hands, it was their mistake but they can't help me rectify it?
