Completely incompetent and useless. I did my taxes in 2023 with them and they failed to tell me that they never took their payment off the top of my taxes. The balance went to collections and they failed to let me know. They gave me incorrect return amounts multiple times. We’re missing documents, took forever to submit anything. Absolute nightmare, and would never recommend going to ANY H&R blocks.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Complete incompetency leading to incorrect tax preparations multiple times before getting things right! Zero communication skills to say that a balance was still owing 2 years after the fact on my fiancee's account. They had her phone number on file and NOT ONE CALL! Just a person calling the day before bringing it to collections. Take your taxes LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE! Worst service ive ever seen!
I had a really good talk with Bariqi Setijoso today. He answered all the questions I had about my return and pulled up my access code so I could netfile for a past year. Everyone was nice, helpful, polite, and professional. I would definitely come back!
Terrible service there , the lady Diane Audet she's a novice he she makes us feel like she don't want to be here to serving you... Very disappointed , and never go there anymore in my life and I won't recommend that place to someone.......bad and no professional atmosphere at all
