Horrible experience. Came in to file my corporate taxes had a full appointment. Her tone was horrible, not a single ounce of wanting to help. I explained my situation and she seemed like it would give her a headache to help me out. So I just left. I’ll pay someone else to do it.
My first appointment was on April 16. I brought all the necessary documents for 2023 and 2024. The tax expert informed me that she would handle the necessary steps and that my 2023 taxes would be prepared by another person due to my residency in Quebec. About 3 weeks later, I received notifications on H&R Block's web platform from another tax expert stating that my taxes were ready. HR Block GLOUCESER in Ottawa Went to that office on March 11th deposited all the documents (even provided Excel spreadsheets of medical and donations). Called the office to find out the status after two weeks - receptionist was very rude, provided no info re status of my file. I have got my Tax done for This year 2024 and Mr. Buland Joshi helped me in filing my tax . He made it so easy and quick , also, Mr. Joshi gave me proper knowledge and made my life easier . Definitely recommended 💯
