We met with Lalitha today to get our 2025 taxes done. Simply put, she was awesome. She was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. She was patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. We left feeling very confident that everything was done correctly and filed properly with the CRA. We didn’t know what to expect at first but she made it a very positive experience for us. We would definitely recommend Lalitha and the H&R Block office at 1253 Donald St. in Ottawa.

I made an appointment with specifics of what I needed from them. They made the appointment with me and then assigned me a bookkeeper that was not trained or equipped to handle my taxes wasting my time. And was completely unprofessional. Do not recommend if you’re self employed.
My Taxpro Lalitha was amazing. I had a very stressful request from CRA and Lalitha went above and beyond to help me fix my issues. She not only fixes my taxes, but took the time to explain the journey with me step by step. I cannot recommend enough how lovely she was with me. I wish there was a way for me to leave an even better review with her manager directly. This is the kind of customer service that truly makes the difference.
