They didn't show for my appointment, said they would have someone call and they didn't. So unprofessional
If taxes are easy - do them online. If not FIND SOMEONE ELSE. This is, hands down, the *worst* tax help I have ever had. Extreme difficulty in communicating, paying more taxes than I ever had in 5 years of filing with HR Block online, as well as charging an additional fee to fix their mistake.
