Terrible experience. Took 2 1/5 weeks, cost double what they said it would. Also cost double compared to using a private accountant company the previous year. I followed up with them via email and received no response. Very over priced and unprofessional.
Take a week to process taxes. Goes against their instant refund moto while still paying the fees. You better off using a different place or just do it online and wait the extra week electronically for refund.
