Went in to do my taxes, didn’t have a cra account, and I was asked to make one. I made one and I had to wait to receive my access code through the mail. The lady mentioned I needed to give access and permission to allow H&R block to file my taxes. Fast forward a week, H&R block called and said they had filed my taxes(they went ahead and filed them without me giving them permission, and put my income as 0) so fast forward another month and a half I’ve done my reassessment, and am still waiting for my return.
