I took my taxes there April 2nd, two weeks later I called twice in one day to see how they were coming. Left a message both times. No one got back to me. I called a couple days later to which the receptionist told me Kimberly was doing them in the order She got them. A week later I called back and the receptionist said that that Kimberly was working on it.
