I gave them my stuff, was told it would be done by end of week! They never did them. Deadline has passed and after endless calls and promises they still haven’t done anything. What a mess of a place!
Took my taxes here in mid May to have an adjustment done. She said it would be 2-3 weeks. So after 3 weeks, I called and she said she would call me when it was done. So at the beginning of September, I had not heard anything, so I went in to the office and it had not even been looked at. So I picked it up and went to Venture Tax Services in Red Deer. Mark did the adjustment in less than 1/2 an hour and for about 1/4 of the cost she had quoted me at H&R Block. My tax refund is now on its way. Do not recommend this place!
Really bad service , they did my taxes wrong so I hired someone to do my taxes so I call them to give my money back under the guarantee and they are just making excuses everytime, they already accepted that they make a mistake but they just said we are gonna call you back and they never call me back it's been more than 2 month . I don't recomend that place at all
I had pulled my taxes from Liberty Tax, Susan Fisher, in Lacombe, because of zero communication, unstaffed office, and no one answering the phone. I called up this company, to have Kimberley Scott answer the phone and tell me to come right over. She had four years of taxes done in approximately four hours. She did what Liberty Tax could not. And she gave me a comforting hug when I needed it! Thank you Kimberley!
