Good experience staff
We had been waiting for over a month for our taxes to be done. We called and emailed multiple times and got no response. Finally, a month and a half later, we got a phone call from H&R and were scheduled for an appointment with a different tax professional. Regina was amazing! She was on time for our appointment, very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and efficient. We finally got our taxes done with her!
