I was trying to get tax returns done for my husband and I. I was using full service via internet so was uploading our forms. I ran into a problem so called the office. First I was told I was calling the wrong office even though the name of the preparer had Westlock address and phone number. Someone else came on the line and was rude and abrupt. They were friendly and did everything they could to help my situation!
I had my worst experience here, First it took 3 days to do my taxes, usually it’s a walk in walk out in under 30 min. Secondly I paid triple what I usually pay to do my taxes, and there was no immediate payout option. The worst part is that I called ahead of time to book an appointment but all they wanted was for me to drop off my documents. This places screws up everything they touch. They cant seem to take information from T4s and transfer. This is the 3rd year they have screwed it up. They actually almost caused me to lose the place i rent due to their screw up this year
