Way too expensive. Scheduler is also incompetent. Told me to come in at 8am for an appointment and they don't even open until 9am. What the heck? Other than that their tax associates are nice do good work.
Paid for 4 years filed they only filed 1.
The Fifth Avenue Shops location is Outstanding. From the very nice lady at the front desk to the staff agents. Highly recommend filing your taxes there!
Awful they were prejudice and rude to my husband he wasn’t able to file taxes. Rude customer service .
