The first year we used them they were great. Paid nearly $500 but got a large tax refund. That would have been 5/5. But then last year we got a new person here who seemed really confused. We kept asking questions and no one knew what was going on. Turned out we paid $700 for them to tell us we owed $6,000. Later we found out (from someone else) we would have owed a lot less if they did the standard deduction instead of itemizing everything. The staff here is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Definitely recommend working with them during tax season.
