Had them handle a revision of my 2023 taxes in april 2025 i had to go into h&r office in end of june 2025 after talking with cra, cra never received anything. The worker who did my taxes was away for a week. And the secretary never called me back. Will be going elsewhere next time. Chantel was an amzing agent always worked for your best dollar but she is no longer there.
Fast services, thorough work, and kind people. Can’t ask for more.
