She not only handled my taxes with professionalism and efficiency, but also went above and beyond by helping complete my dad’s taxes as well. Friendly, helpful and going above and beyond. I got my mom's taxes done there after she passed away 5 months ago. Not only were they willing to do them without a will but the lady also faxed her credit card company for me. The Willow Point H&R in Campbell River just kept saying no will no can do. Even though I had probate. I was very impressed how I was treated.
Found out they were sending taxes to Richmond. Sean was very unhelpful and often caused problems for my taxes. Would be told to wait a minute on hold and he'd hang up. Had to call back 3 times to actually figure out who had my taxes. Don't recommend this location.
Kimberly has been a Rockstar fixing our taxes that got so messed up by another tax office. We appreciate all the hard work that she has been putting into our case.
