Unfortunately I'm very unhappy with the service this year. We have used this office for years and never had one problem with Karen. It is under new management this year's and I've had a horrible experience. They will not send the proper documentation for me to sign to have my taxes finalized. I had it all done with one girl then they laid her off and never processed the file. Then said a new person would and they never actually sent the link in emails for me to sign and has now gone MIA.
