SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Just file yourself, they don't know what they are doing. My taxes last year were done by hr block and I've lost about 1000$ due to the cra taking money back from the return they gave me. They just inflate your return to get as much for themselves as possible because after a "reassessment" is done the cra will take what's over paid but hr block gets to keep their cut. I'm currently looking into filing a complaint. Low income families are being screwed over by this place. Shameful.
