i swear they don't know how to answer the phone. i will never go back to this place. extremely unprofessional. I would not recommended this place to anyone. Ive gone the past 2 years, wanted to give them a second chance. But i will not be returning.
Went in to get my taxes done and Lady couldn’t even do that properly now I owe the CRA because they filed my taxes as a residents of the wrong province and they are terrible to contact they will not call you back might as well spam call them 100 times to get anything done 0/5 stars if possible

Horrible service. Go to drop off our taxes like the previous 2 BB years only to be turned away because they don't have anyone on staff that can do business for self taxes. What a load of garbage.
