Very disappointed with this location this year! Dropped my info Mar.4, still no call. If I knew it was gonna take this long I would have done taxes myself and I would have my return already. Only go there for the quick return. Not going there next year I will say that.
They told me they would call me and I haven’t gotten anything I’ve been calling non stop and leaving messages for over a week now, no answer, no call backs. Reception was the rudest I’ve ever experienced. She snapped at me that I need to have my tax stuff printed out and that they do not take digital. And then two seconds later told my friend stood next to me that they CAN access your CRA and you DONT need to print it off.
I think they did a good job preparing my taxes but the fee is too high. The gift card they have this year is not my preferred way of receiving my refund. I do not like it at all.
Very poor service. I will never go there again.
I have been calling and leaving messages ..they do not answer their phone or call back and I need to contact them but now their mailbox is full ..very disappointed in their service . I will not be going back to this place but they have my Income tax done but unsure if I should drop by because I'm out of town and will be in a taxi ..
