Taxes were done incorrectly and I had to fix it myself on CRA website.Called customer service 3 times still no response. A very dissatisfied customer
Do not recommend to have taxes filed with H & R block. The lady that filed my 2025 taxes kept saying she don’t know the answers to my questions, had no desire to look into it for me before giving me a refund. If you want to taxes to come back messed up, I’d advice you do them yourself.
Don’t waste your time and money! People there are not trained properly
Very bad people don’t go there
Very poor experience. Had an appointment booked and still had to wait an hour and no one attended to me. Had to leave and will not be returning.
