If you don’t know how to do your taxes, I would strongly advise against using H&R Block. The initial information they ask for is very misleading, and because of an error they made, I was reassessed and now owe over $1,600. I had even purchased their “Peace of Mind” guarantee, but when the mistake came to light, they found every possible way to shift the blame onto me instead of taking responsibility. Today I went to the office again and we were contacted to understand the previous point of view. The official, Chris Abbott, was very courteous and treated respectfully and listened to the client. I also received my file. Janita cul was nice and treated with respect. She explained to me about GST to understand how to deal with it and payment methods. I am also waiting for an appointment with her next week.
i swear they don't know how to answer the phone. i will never go back to this place. extremely unprofessional. I would not recommended this place to anyone. Ive gone the past 2 years, wanted to give them a second chance. But i will not be returning.
Went in to get my taxes done and Lady couldn’t even do that properly now I owe the CRA because they filed my taxes as a residents of the wrong province and they are terrible to contact they will not call you back might as well spam call them 100 times to get anything done 0/5 stars if possible
