What is going on with this business? I've never encountered such rude and disorganized group of staff in my life. If they ain't cursing they are all over the place. How H&R Block are still in business is beyond me. I wish I knew the headquarters number so I can file a detailed complaint. This location needs to be restructured and some of the staff need to be fired for such inappropriate behaviors. Privacy? There isn't privacy. Utterly useless! Went there with an appointment at 8pm. Didn't even let me inside, mentioned that they are closed. When I called the reception, said they are not taking appointments, I asked them if its like this then whats the point of booking an appointment. The said were doing only walk-ins and drop off. Total waste of time.
Booked an appointment but did not honour it and said they were closed. Would have appericated a heads up
