I have been using H&R Block for my taxes for several years, and until today I was very loyal to your service. Unfortunately, my experience during my walk-in appointment today was very disappointing. The tax preparer I met with was named Umar (I believe he may be a temporary employee). His customer service was extremely poor. From the beginning of the appointment, his tone of voice came across as unfriendly and somewhat rude. It made the whole interaction uncomfortable. What is going on with this business? I've never encountered such rude and disorganized group of staff in my life. If they ain't cursing they are all over the place. How H&R Block are still in business is beyond me. I wish I knew the headquarters number so I can file a detailed complaint. This location needs to be restructured and some of the staff need to be fired for such inappropriate behaviors. Privacy? There isn't privacy.
