after a couple minutes of waiting I was informed that I couldn’t file my taxes with H&R as a result of not claiming my children for the previous tax year. Going there for 20 plus year .this year. I decided to take my papers back and go somewhere else. Could not get a cash back. Nothing to do with the person I was dealing with all to do with changes. They made. They don't give checks anymore. Or stupid little cards that cost you money every time you want to use it. Now they can't even give cashback . That's the main reason why I am going there to get cash back. So to the person who is answering these comments, it's too late, I'm gone somewhere else. Apparently they give checks.... read more

Booked an appointment online 2 days in advance when I got there they had no record of my appointment and did nothing to rectify the situation absolutely terrible customer service the lady on the front desk admitted this was not the first time that this has happened but wasn't sympathetic to the situation at all even after I showed proof of my appointment
I have been using H & R Block since 2011. I don't go anywhere else They always fantastic!!
