We just did our taxes now with Valerie. We had a binder full of our tax receipts and everything else. My wife is meticulous in her record keeping. With this being our first year married, my wife was shaking from anxiety about our taxes. Valerie walked us through all of it thoroughly and in record time. Whatever you do, do not use them. They're a card that they give you half the time is not working properly. You have to fight to get your funds. They have a lot of fees on top of it that they don't really tell you about and when you try to get support there is absolutely zero customer service. It takes them days and days to not get back to you. I've had multiple issues in the last 2 years. I should have known better after the first year but they said they fixed it and they have not.
