I had an amazing experience at this location. I had a few years to catch up on and Valerie made me comfortable, she was so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I would recommend getting your taxes done at this location, south point common H and R Blick.
I have been doing my taxes with Valerie Thorsen for three years now and she is amazing! I work as a freelance artist and I used to feel really overwhelmed by my taxes and nervous about not being taken seriously, but Valerie is so kind and always answers any questions I have.

Whatever you do, do not use them. They're a card that they give you half the time is not working properly. You have to fight to get your funds. They have a lot of fees on top of it that they don't really tell you about and when you try to get support there is absolutely zero customer service. It takes them days and days to not get back to you. I've had multiple issues in the last 2 years. I should have known better after the first year but they said they fixed it and they have not.
