Very bad service, didn't respect the appointment. Charges are getting high every time you file the taxes.
I’ve been going here for years this year was absolutely terrible. I waited forever then finally got my return and the card they gave me is not even valid. I don’t understand how this can even happen. Not to mention the staff are extremely rude and incompetent. Super frustrating
If you're 10 years behind on your taxes, do not come here $94 a year so $1,000 for 10 years plus fees and stuff like that it's more than $1,000. Only come here if you're all caught up and doing perfect on all your stuff
it took these people 3 and half months to do my taxes. worst customer service ever and the lady who helped me was laughing at me.
Not really happy with the service. Felt like I’ve just wasted $150. Did my taxes on April 26th,2024. Never received any notice of assesment about my taxes or any sort of refund that I am owed. When calling the branch they have told me “ I don’t know why” or “ we see they owe you money but you have to call CRA “ which calling CRA now means a 1.5-2hr wait on the phone.
