Needed to file 2 amendements for mistakes they made filing a simple claim...stay away
If I could give this place 0 stars I could. My grandma had moved from the US, told her tax preparer, who then didn’t file a state return for her and proceeded to blame my grandma for it when we came back a year later with hundreds of dollars in interest charges. She also incorrectly filed my grandmas Canadian taxes which resulted in $26,000 in Canadian tax owed, despite my grandma only living in the country for 2 months.
