Response time when filing remotely is very bad. I’ve waiting 3 days (not horrible) then 13 days and now currently 6 days and counting. Update - my tax return was finally “ready” to be filed. I reviewed what was to be submitted and realized not all the documents I submitted were actually included. I asked to have the missing documents included. I’m now at 5 days and counting since my last request. I have also NOT heard from the manager who was going to contact me “shortly”.
Matt Masney, the Tax Specialist who assisted me was very helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend him for if you have tax inquiries.
