Great service and reasonable prices.
Received excellent, quick, and professional work with an accountant at the H&R office. However, you get to know the cost is only known when the work is done (the next time, you will know.) Online work can be much cheaper, can take much longer. No problem for 2020 and 2021 returns. For 2022, the system failed at the last step, requiring for me to spend much more to have a "Pro" help in chat mode. Unfortunately, the "Pro" did not show up.
