Just walked out of this place and I must say; what a terrible experience. My partner and I had a 5 o'clock appointment. Went in got sat down. Our tax rep was so cold and did not seem like she wanted anything to do with us. She didn't ask us any questions or try at all to find any credits that we may qualify for. The only thing she did do was take away our baby bonus. No question of claiming our rent or how much it was, just nothing.
