What used to be a fast and easy experience has become painful the last couple years. I will never be returning to h&r. On my last visit I was asking a bunch of questions and mentioned the reason why is because I don't know and just trying to learn. That's when the lady working with me laughed and said she doesn't know how taxes work either!? Excuse me? You the "professional" doesn't even know how taxes work? I was completely disgusted by this unprofessional response and my confidence in h&r has been forever lost. Seems like they will just hire anyone.
I've been to H&R blocks at multiple locations and they have always been extremely helpful- especially to someone like myself who knows nothing about how to do taxes every year. Today Mark helped me, for a small fee he got me the maximum return and it only took 30min. H&R Block is a great place to do your taxes- I can't thank their staff enough; they are friendly and professional. I will be back here every year.
I was completely Eligible for a cash cashback, and she tried to tell me that I wasn’t, but I could prove her criteria for cashback that I absolutely am eligible and I ended up getting kicked out instead horrible service would never go back absolutely ridiculous and I’m the bad guy I fight for my own rights and that I’m 100% just give me a break
