I have been with H&R nine years in another state. I moved back to CA and went to the Livermore location on Stanley Blvd. Do not go here! Highly unprofessional, they randomly changed my tax preparer to someone else, and they randomly changed me to someone else! My documents went a through three sets of hands which led to losing one of my tax forms! I called and asked for the manager and was told she was busy. She ended up calling me on Sunday offering me a discount. Lol No thanks! I have to request another copy of my tax form... read more

I have been coming here for the past 15 years or so, that says a lot about the office. The tax preparer is friendly, knows us well as well as our situation, is friendly, knowledgeable, no fuss, and takes care of us. Gives us good advice as well.
