Lied about emerald card. I got none early. Yes thats possible and not what review is about, but I was told its highly likely I would get somethin early. Which is the reason I went with it. Told me no fees on emerald. Once my taxes hit Its 3.50 per withdrawl from atm $400 limit per transaction. Also $9 every 60 days its not used. What a scam!
