Had an appointment for 11am, waited till 11:30 before anyone could see us. Then sat in the guys office for 1hr 30mins only for him to tell us it's a new system and he can't figure something out and to please come back in a hour.
This is my first time at H&R Block at 3490 Main St., and overall I was very satisfied with the service. There were a few issues with uploading my information, delaying the filing of my tax return, and Avril was not too sure about a couple of things, and had to get back to me, but my feeling is that it is better to do it right than to "pretend" you know everything. Tim did an excellent job with my tax return, the staff at this location are very professional and detail orientated.
I have been coming to this location for a decade and a half or more . Every year I see the same wonderful lady ( sham) and we chat about life over the last year while she works through submitting my taxes . It’s always a painless , enjoyable experience. However, she retired a few years ago and the service continued the last couple years adequately.
