Had an appointment for 11am, waited till 11:30 before anyone could see us. Then sat in the guys office for 1hr 30mins only for him to tell us it's a new system and he can't figure something out and to please come back in a hour.
This is my first time at H&R Block at 3490 Main St., and overall I was very satisfied with the service. There were a few issues with uploading my information, delaying the filing of my tax return, and Avril was not too sure about a couple of things, and had to get back to me, but my feeling is that it is better to do it right than to "pretend" you know everything.
