Never been a fan of tax season as it’s always been a source of stress for me. Got to the Hazldean Mall location and was greeted by Niel. Niel was unbelievably friendly he took his time and walked me through the process with patience and understanding and was just all around professional and kind. We need more people like Niel in the world. Thanks again brother!

I used their service once and i was surprised how bad they are in their job. First of all the fee they post is the base price and depending on your forms it goes higher. Second, they dont know how to maximize your returns. They just put in your forms and give you nothing. The only time i used their service, they calculated a return of 300$ while they service fee was 280$. I declined paying their service since i was not told fee goes up based on the forms. After i did my taxes on my own, i got back 500$ I’d rather use online ... read more
