I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had today with one of your staff members. I called at 1:27 p.m. to speak with an accountant. The person who answered was an Indian guy confirmed my phone number he said he wrote it down and said he would call me back in five minutes. 15 minutes passed no call. For starters, I have nothing bad to say about the staff. In fact, the receptionist was quite helpful and tried to go above and beyond. That said, what you're charging for a few slips that make no difference on a return due to having to click a few extra buttons is absolutely insane. I understand if the return was complex, with actual effort put in, but in my case, my "tax professional" clicked 20 buttons and I was charged $352 after tax.
