NEVER use H&R Block. Especially this one. I've filed with H&R block for the past 2 years in a row(4 times total)and BOTH years they messed up our taxes and we never received our refund because of H&R Block. They refuse to fix this issue. The lady at the desk last year didn't know what she was doing even after being there atleast 10 years I've seen her.
