Bad experience wanna share.2024 i let the H&R block wainwright do my tax assessment.then CRA send me a mail last march(2025) that they re assess my 2024 refund. They said that im owing them 1000 dollars for 2024 assessment. I call h&r block to let them know about the letter i receive and they said they make a mistake on their assessment specifically( JANET MAKEY)the general manager. Drove an hour because it says your open on google and Facebook. Sign on door says not open. Pathetic. Good job loosing customers. Btw what tax place isn’t open on a Saturday during tax season.
Friendly staff, terrible experience. Tax returns shouldn’t take whole weeks. Very disappointed.
