Very poor service. Zero care for customers takes weeks/months to get anything done if ever. Save the headache and use somebody else
My PR partner moved to Saskatchewan and submitted taxes for the first time in THIS province and Biggar H and R Block managed to screw it up royally. Avoid like the plague. Choose literally anywhere else or do it yourself... Can guarantee you have more skill and care. *Edit to indicate that Biggar H&R Block STILL never followed up or made any attempt to fix errors. GO ANYWHERE ELSE OR DO TAXES FOR YOURSELF. Had the simplest tax return messed up by a complete lack of care and attention. Staff apparently took my details, drivers license etc. then picked A RANDOM DAMN ADDRESS I've never lived at in THE WRONG TOWN. Beyond angry. Save yourself the stress.
