The guy himself was great, but I’m rating the company 1 star. I got the instant refund, and my card doesn’t work, I contacted the number on the back of the card and they told me I had to go back to where I did my taxes. When I got there he told me to call the number on the card. Now I can’t access any of my tax return money and no one from either side of the company has an answer for me.
They scammed me with a useless Mastercard, e-transfers don’t work and withdrawals don’t work, even though it is advertised as such. H&R block told me to call the number on the card. The number on the card said to call H&R block. Unorganized company, don’t deal with them
Simion did my taxes really good this year even stayed when the office was closed very respectful
Every years i file my taxes with Leo Nan at H&R block. Leo is very professional, friendly, Efficient and great senes of humor. If you haven’t done so you should asked for Leo and I recommended.
