Très mauvais service, plusieurs erreurs de la part du comptable (mĂ©lange de documents dans ma dĂ©claration avec un autre client) et il ne sait pas rĂ©pondre Ă mes questions, car lui-mĂŞme Ă©tait mĂŞlĂ©. Hors de question que je retourne Ă cet endroit.Â

They refused to give military discount. They said it was because they are a separate franchise and decided not to opt in on the 20% discount. Nowhere does it say they are a separate franchise (their location is on the H&R Block website) and we were told we should have asked before filing our taxes. Never thought to ask because it is written all over H&R Block website that they provide military discount.Â
