Très mauvais service, plusieurs erreurs de la part du comptable (mélange de documents dans ma déclaration avec un autre client) et il ne sait pas répondre à mes questions, car lui-même était mêlé. Hors de question que je retourne à cet endroit.
Attention il charge des frais sans avertissement
They refused to give military discount. They said it was because they are a separate franchise and decided not to opt in on the 20% discount. Nowhere does it say they are a separate franchise (their location is on the H&R Block website) and we were told we should have asked before filing our taxes. Never thought to ask because it is written all over H&R Block website that they provide military discount.
