This place made my tax return 3 months late. First year using h&r block because i thought it would be faster. I went here for instant refund originally. But was told i couldent get that once taxes were completed because i didnt say when i dropped them off i wanted instant refund Being a first time client i wasnt aware i needed to ask. And then they switched something from my partners return to my return without telling me or asking me. Whih caused my tax return to remain in limbo with cra for 3 months. Not faster. My partner and I have filed with H and R in Gravenhurst for a few years now. Each time has been a seamless experience with the awesome staff. We feel that the pricing is very fair and the staff do a great job at asking the right questions to ensure we are able to get the best return possible. I will continue to use them, and recommend anyone else to try them too.

I have always had a great experience getting my taxes done here until the pandemic and they don't do it face-to-face anymore they've messed it up the last two years and have to go back and fix things because I'm not sitting there to get it done right the first time.
