My partner and I have filed with H and R in Gravenhurst for a few years now. Each time has been a seamless experience with the awesome staff. I have always had a great experience getting my taxes done here until the pandemic and they don't do it face-to-face anymore they've messed it up the last two years and have to go back and fix things because I'm not sitting there to get it done right the first time.
Fast and courteous
My husband passed away last summer and I was a little apprehensive to get the final income tax completed. H&R Block staff were very kind and understanding. All was completed with no problems.
They were excellent to me last year, will be going back this year.
