Very unprofessional. Overpriced, like scam level prices. Tax prep wouldn’t stop talking about their personal life. It was a really weird and uncomfortable experience for me. I will never return to this location.
Mr Marcelo Keene is a lousy tax pro. Please avoid him. I dropped my files and put notes for Tax pro. Next day I received an email that my appointment is canceled. When I went to the store to find out, he said that I didn’t show up for my appointment. For drop offs clients are not expected to sit one on one. I can’t believe he is working for so long and he refused to tell me the name of the clerk who arranged drop off with him. He didn’t even have the manners to offer a rescheduled time.
Got my taxes done by Marcello Keene, at H&R and left his office feeling great. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and I will be going to him next year.
