Do not go here they screwed with my friends life on purpose these people are the devil mebs told my friend he could get his tax return the same day he kept saying could you check first if not he’ll go to a different place he guaranteed my friend just up until he paid for the return and he asked my friend if he pays rent my friend told him yeah he does but he pays in cash and the landlord won’t give receipts mebs assured him you don’t need the receipts and when it got reassessed he being very unprofessional and my friend paid... read more
Maheboob Virji has completely screwed up my life when I first came to him he said I could get my money the same day from the return after I paid he said actually I’d have to wait then my tax return got assessed then he removed my direct deposit information without my permission and added my old information so now my return got bounced he also told me my return of $3800 would stay the same its $2700 now then today I get a notification that maheboob stopped my direct deposit so now I can’t even add anything for the next 30 day... read more
Does not explain anything to you properly. Charges way too much. Will come after you years later saying you owe money etc... go with Turbo tax!! It's free and you don't have to deal with their bad service.
Worst experience jeanine submitted the wrong infos for my tax return i kept calling them they never got back to me and she says she wasnt the one that submited my return when it clearly shows on the document jeanine reynolds
Horrible service. Forgets appointments that they booked FOR YOU, disorganized, and charges a disgusting amount for a simple tax return. Would not recommend this branch. Lady at reception was very nice is the only positive thing I could say.
