Does not explain anything to you properly. Charges way too much. Will come after you years later saying you owe money etc... go with Turbo tax!! It's free and you don't have to deal with their bad service.
Worst experience jeanine submitted the wrong infos for my tax return i kept calling them they never got back to me and she says she wasnt the one that submited my return when it clearly shows on the document jeanine reynolds
Horrible service. Forgets appointments that they booked FOR YOU, disorganized, and charges a disgusting amount for a simple tax return. Would not recommend this branch. Lady at reception was very nice is the only positive thing I could say.
Batul Yakub is a real gem. She is very professional, provides guidance and works extremely hard and long hours to strive for customer satisfaction. I recommend Batul to family & friends to ensure you get your taxes prepared accurately. Even when I unfortunately still have to pay government back Batul suggests ways to alleviate for following year. Batul Yakub is the best tax expert at H&R and the only reason I go back ever year!! Batul is a 10* rating.
Raana at H&R Block was very helpful. Her expertise in tax preparation was evident as she meticulously reviewed my documents and helped me by explainding senior renovations for my mother's needs.
