I have used them for nine years. I called to make a appointment and was told it would be about 3 weeks.I found another tax service in town that said they could do my taxes in the next couple days. When I called hrblock back to cancel I was asked if I wanted to reschedule and I told them I had found someone else to do my taxes. They were very rude on the phone and almost hung up before getting my name to cancel.. Carter's was very quick to go through my friend's taxes. The staff was friendly and very efficient. The hours on Yellow Pages are wrong, however. Correct business hours are Monday-Friday 9 AM to 9 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 5 PM.
If you want to see how not to treat people, go to this office!! I was disgusted and shocked how unprofessional and disrespectful the manager, Wendy, was treating her employees. I was referred to Karen Carter so I called and scheduled an appointment. I get a call back the next day trying to reschedule my appointment with somebody else. Great gym, equipment is state of the art and the facility is beautiful. Nice staff too. Located in the center of town.
There are many sauces to choose from and the two that my family tried were good. I prefer to give business to local joints, but I have to say BW3 is much better. The service was poor. I ordered Blistering and never got a drink refill. This should be a must. Our server never came back to check on us from the time she took our order until she left the bill. Your service is excellent. It has the personal touch. Your meats are excellent also. We like what we have bought and the price is good.
You can't go wrong with the meals prepared at China House. The owner greets you, the staff takes very good care of you and the food is always best quality with awesome flavor. The owner and his wife research the dishes and prepare every meal with great pride. All ingredients are top quality making the meal best in class. For a place in a quiet little plaza, I was surprised to find how good the food is when I tried this restaurant years ago. The restaurant is run by a nice Chinese family, and the food is cooked in an open kitchen right in front of you. Between my boyfriend, myself, and our friends and family, we've tried pretty much everything on the menu - it's all fresh and soooo good!!
Although the personal trainers may be good the company does not stand by the words of their contract. So the advice here is BUYER BEWARE. It can be a very fustrating and hurtful lesson to learn if for any reason you have to cancel your contract with this company. And even if you meet the terms of cancellation and supply all the documentation for cancelling stated in the contract, (relocation, illness, etc).
