I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. They dont know what they're doing at all. I would of had a better chance having Micheal Jackson doing my taxes. I have more confidence in Charlie Sheens sobriety than this place actually filing taxes correctly. Luckily they only charged me 3 times what they quoted me after failing to correctly do my taxes. We used H&R Block in Plaistow NH this year. Scheduling an appointment was easy. They had options for later hours and weekend slots available. Our tax professional Deborah Dyer, did an excellent job on the taxes. Communicated clearly what she needed for forms and identified some documents that we were missing that did increase our return once we brought these in. She is knowledgeable and explained everything and answered all the questions we had. We would use her and this office again.
Janet Gilmore is one of the nicest people I know. Janet has been doing my taxes the last few years and she is simply amazing. Not only knowledgeable but cares. Every year I come back, she remembers little details about my family or I that amazes me, so personable. Would not have anyone else help. This year I met with her and my best experience yet. Next morning she had submitted my return, simply amazing.
