Great experience getting taxes done professionally, great staff, thank you to a very knowledgeable and kind lady named Dorothy who was the employee looking after my file. I did read some of the other reviews and am surprised to see all these one stars and bad experiences people say they've had. I had none of that myself. Also would like to mention that card system is no longer in place one review referred to.
Dorothy was incredible, she was two steps ahead the entire appointment. She provided me with some great advice for this years taxes as I start my small business. Easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given. Thank you Dorothy!
Terrible! I was shorted like $700 or more dollars with your service of doing my taxes with you and now have got a investigation with Revinew of Canada on your location in orilla Ontario as you are just a absolute joke and will never use You again
I booked an appointment and when I showed up they said there system was down so they rescheduled. When I showed up for the new appointment I left after half an hour and the guy still wasn't ready for me
