Very nice staff. Kind and friendly. Very clear instructions, informative and knowledge.
I filled out required info online and booked an appointment. Marina called me the next day to ask "what kind of taxes you file?" I told her everything i had already filled out on the online submission for an appointment. She says "We don't have anyone who can help. Tou are highly complicated case" (I'm self employed but it's very straightforward) I tried explaining that she she got beligerent and said "I know what I'm talking about. We can't help you!"
