I starting coming to H&R Block the last 3 and have zero regrets! They making tax season a very easy and simple process. The team always puts the customers best interest first when doing your taxes. Kelan has provide not only myself but my whole family an amazing experience and service! Kelan goes above and beyond year after year for us! Anyone looking to get there taxes done this is the place to go! If i could i would give this location and a team a 10 out of 10!
Super awesome people there, all the employees seemed happy. Christina Firth was my agent and she was amazing for the first time I’ve ever done taxes.
First and last return with H & R Block. Such pressure to have my return put on a Mastercard after I had declined. When I hadn't received my refund 3 weeks later I called and they discovered that it hadn't filed...there was a glitch. No apology. No discount on the fee.
Filed a couple years at once, got 700$ back then a few weeks later they send me a cute letter in the mail saying i now owe them 2000$.These guys are robbers. File it on your own.
Customer service sucks turn around time is below average 1 week, and they manage to over charge for filing and mess it up, save your self the hassle go else where or let your kid probably do a better job.
