The H&R Block in NDG has one of the best tax specialists I've ever met. I like not worrying if my returns were done right.
If they don't enjoy serving customers, people are going to notice the passive aggressive behaviour from their part soon enough. There is also a lack of accountability while transacting with them which doesn't fair well in this society here.
