If they don't enjoy serving customers, people are going to notice the passive aggressive behaviour from their part soon enough. There is also a lack of accountability while transacting with them which doesn't fair well in this society here.

I Had my mother's taxes done for two years in a row now at the H&R Block at 6150, Sherbrooke Ouest, Montreal location and I must say the service was not only efficient and professional but very pleasant as well. My tax expert was Miss Syeda Hashemy. Miss Hashemy was exceptionally proficient and reassuring. I highly recommend the team at this location.... I will absolutely go to them again next year....Bravo team H&R!!
Have been a customer for a while now for taxes. Syeda is literally the best accountant ever! She is quick, precise and they thorough. I highly recommend Syeda for your taxes!
