I have been doing taxes since 2013. I have never had a tax pro that is absolutely phenomenal like Alysia Meredith is. She is located in the Oroville and Chico California offices. She goes above and beyond every single time. She makes sure that she is getting the maximum for your return. Very rude people here. The one in Yuba City is very friendly compared to this place. I am not sure of her name but it starts with a A, Aliyasn or something, blonde thin lady...very rude to my mother when we just asked for advice, wouldn't help whatsoever unless she got paid, the Yuba City one helps people no matter what especially for free! Mom will not return to this business for anything!!

If giving zero stars was an option than that is what I would do. This place charges an arm and a leg. I left feeling as though they looked down on me. I asked question which they were never able to answer.i will never go back and I would highly recommend that no one uses this price gouging company of careless individuals. Felt dihumaninzing, the people that work there have no right working with the public. The people that work at Wal-mart have better people skills.
